Experience: Would you use Austin D'arcy Property Services again? NO
Absolutely Terrible! They rented us a property which was not fit to live in! They had several times told us that the property had been finished but almost nothing had been done! The boiler did not work, the windows did not shut, the bathroom door did not shut and the kitchen was not fit to cook in. There were massive holes in the bathroom and behind the fridge in the kitchen! There were spiders, insects, even SLUGS! The landlord was and still is EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL! The agents just try to talk their way out of it! DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!
