They're total jokers. Don't return telephone calls, don't bother to forward details that they promise you, and don't appear to have much knowledge of their own trade. Very impressed that they were able to dress themselves before I arrived at their branch. Goons.

Have to disagree, I used the Basildon Branch and they were excellent, very pro active, always got feedback, I had tried most other agents, and they were by far the best.

Absolutley usless. Do not believe what they say. Tell you that they will sell it quick. They bully people to coming to view so most dont turn up. They reduced the price of my property without my authorisation. Then when I sold the 1st time they didn't even bother to tell me the chain had broken so it cost me lots of £££. DO NOT USE THEM
