Experience: Would you use Lords Estate Agents (London & Surrey) again? NO
Lords associates of London based in Cranford, Hounslow is the worst letting agent in Hounslow, full-stop.
Rude, to the point of hanging up on you, staff who tell you "I dunno, I'm not dealing with this" and deceitful lies about when tenants are leaving/occupied show this agency to be a very unprofessional one.
The owner, Farah is a very rude, hostile unpleasant woman who will even resort to name calling when you are in disagreement with her.
Avoid at all costs! Lords Associates of London [Hounslow] is a disgrace.
