Experience: Would you use Saffron again? NO
I have spent a year with Saffron. They made our lives a living hell. We moved into a dirty flat, with mouldy food in it. It took them weeks to recompenate us for the cleaning required. It took them 4 months to fix our shower and 1 month to fix our oven.
They are rude and impossible to communicate with. They have yet to provide proof that they checked our gas fire, which was leaking carbon monoxide. They charged us £140 to unblock a sink.
Do not use these estate agents!
